Warranty Processing
DEUS Rescue will inspect the returned item to verify that the part is defective, and that the defect and/or claim qualifies for warranty coverage. A “Warranty Memo” will be prepared and emailed or faxed to you within five (5) working days of receipt of the returned item. The Warranty Memo will advise on the status of the claim (accepted or declined). If declined, the Warranty Memo will provide an explanation of decline. If accepted, the Warranty Memo will also advise on whether the defective item will be repaired or replaced.
Repair of Defective Items
If DEUS Rescue decides to repair the returned item, such repair will be completed within thirty (30) working days from receipt of that item. Repaired product will be shipped to the shipping address provided with original claim, at your cost. Shipping charges will be invoiced.
Replacement of Defective Items
If DEUS Rescue decides to replace the returned item, DEUS Rescue will ship a new, equivalent 3000 Series device (i.e., the same model) at the earliest availability of the particular model. Shipping charges will be invoiced. If the particular model is no longer manufactured by DEUS Rescue, then DEUS Rescue will work with you to determine an appropriate remedy.
