Caring for DEUS FireBrite Rope
DEUS FireBrite rope is rated for only a single emergency use.
Why only one use? Emergency use can cause
rope to endure the maximum insult - heat,
fire, smoke, chemicals, sharp edges, heavy
weights and shock loads. DEUS FireBrite rope is designed to withstand these
insults, but it is not possible to determine
that a rope that has endured severe use is
still safe to use.
When a rope has been used in an emergency
and subjected to extreme use, cut the rope
into one foot lengths and discard to ensure
no one else uses it.
Do not trust your life - or the lives of
others - to rope that has been subjected
to extreme use.
