DEUS™ Rope

All ropes for the ROC™ Vertical Rescue System have been carefully engineered with regard to their coefficient of friction, compressibility, stretch, strength, diameter reduction under load, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, cut resistance, chemical resistance, absorption of water, and ability to withstand shock loads. The ROC™ Vertical Rescue System should be used ONLY with DEUS™ Rope.

DEUS™ Fire Rope
A technical kernmantle construction made with a Technora® core and a Kevlar® sheath. This construction makes it fire- (to 932°F), abrasion-, cut- and chemical-resistant. The rope is static and has a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 5,756 lbs. DEUS™ Fire Rope is flat black with a subtle red tracer to make it minimally visible in tactical situations. It is certified for use with the ROC™ 3100. Fire ropes come standard with sewn eyes on both ends. Standard lengths are 50 ft, 75 ft and 100 ft. Custom lengths up to 300 ft are made to order.

DEUS™ Fire Rope Care

DEUS™ Training Rope
A technical kernmantle construction made of nylon and polyester. This construction is NOT fire-resistant but will stand up to multiple uses in non-hazardous training situations that do not involve shock loading. The rope is static and has a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 3,754 lbs. DEUS™ Training Rope is white with a red tracer to make it easy to see and easy to assess damage and wear. It is certified for use with the ROC™ 3100. Training ropes come standard with sewn eyes on both ends. Standard lengths are 50 ft, 75 ft and 100 ft. Custom lengths up to 300 ft are made to order. This rope is for training only, NOT for emergency use.
